Thank you for your support!  We're almost at 90% of the base goal, and the stretch goals are starting to look pretty obtainable!

At $6500 all backers will receive a special Kickstarter-only ebook edition of the 2018 anthology, including the story "The Girl Who Went to the Moon," by Kurt Bachard.

At $7000, we'll create "Future Mad Scientist. Just add stories." temporary tattoos and include two with every reward level of $20 or higher!

At $7500 all backers will receive a sneak preview of the sequel to A Witch's Kitchen, A Pixie's Promise.

At $8000, Sean will design two temporary tattoos to be printed, and backers over $20 will be able to pick which design they receive. (and yes, if you chose a sponsor level, and aren't receiving a book, I'll ship your tattoos - Norway, Australia, everywhere!)

At $8500 We'll also send everyone a stand-alone novelette from Sherry D. Ramsey, Waiting to Fly.

At $9000, we'll make mini-prints of the cover, and include one with every reward level of $20 or higher!

Also, if you write, or know a writer who's burning with a perfect story for the Guide, send them our way!  Submissions for the 2019 collection are now open!

Best,

One of the fun things about running a campaign is finding all the other cool projects on Kickstarter - here's two I thought were particularly interesting!

Schoolbooks & Sorcery - LGBTQ-Inclusive YA Anthology  An anthology of queer-inclusive YA urban fantasy short stories intended to increase representation and diversity in teen fiction.

Normal Deviation: A Weird Fiction Anthology A short fiction anthology based on a throwaway tweet and one weird-ass pic.

And one more item of note:

We are excited to be listed on BackerClub.co this week! They are the top community for people who are very serious about Kickstarter and we are really looking forward to the feedback and support from their community of super-backers!

Thanks for your support of the project, and have a fantastic rest of your day!

One Week In!
almost 7 years ago – Mon, Jun 19, 2017 at 03:38:22 PM

We're almost to the end of our first week of the campaign, and with 119 backers as if now, we're at 44% of our baseline goal.

Kickstarter has selected us as a project they love, which is great, since we love this anthology, too :)

Thank you for backing early, and believing in the project!

Best,

Corie and Sean
